Internship Overview

Location Requirement
To participate in this internship, candidates must be located in the United States and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. throughout the program. For international students eligible for summer work authorization, please visit google.com/students.

Application Process
By applying, candidates will be considered for multiple roles across the United States. After the application period closes, Google will contact applicants to gather more information about their background and skills, allowing them to specify their functional preferences.

  • Application Deadline: October 19, 2024
  • Program Duration: 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2025
  • Interview Timeline: Rolling interviews until March 2025

  • Resume (attach in the “Resume Section”)
  • Current unofficial or official transcript in English (attach in the “Education Section”)

In the Degree Status, select “Now attending” and upload your transcript.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Preferred Qualification: Candidates must be returning to their Bachelor’s program after the internship.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available for a 12-week full-time internship between May-August or June-September 2025.
  • Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as well as the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Intern Responsibilities

As a Google intern, you will be given meaningful responsibilities, contributing to projects that have an impact across teams. Interns work alongside full-time Googlers and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Internship Roles

BOLD interns are placed in teams according to their background and interests. Here are some of the key areas where you might work:

1. Sales

Work with account managers and consultants to deliver innovative client solutions. Whether working with Fortune 500 companies or small businesses, your role will drive the use of Google’s products.

2. Marketing

Be part of a creative team dedicated to shaping Google’s brand and user interactions. From event planning and data analysis to storytelling, Google’s Marketing team is all about defining how users engage with technology.

3. Program Management

Manage and oversee progress on large-scale projects. You’ll own the planning, execution, and communication across different product areas, from supply chain to devices and services.

4. Finance

Help solve complex financial challenges in forecasting, accounting, and compliance. You’ll assist in keeping the business on track to meet or exceed goals while devising innovative solutions.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $58,000 to $72,000 (US-based)
  • Compensation details are determined based on role, level, and location. Additional bonuses, equity, and benefits are offered beyond the base salary.
