Max Planck Schools Funding Opportunities
The Max Planck Schools provide comprehensive financial support for up to five years. Students entering the program with a Bachelor’s degree receive a generous scholarship and, if eligible, additional subsidies for health insurance and material costs during the first phase of the program.
Upon successful completion of the initial phase, students transition into the PhD phase with a formal employment contract in accordance with the local Public Service Wage Agreement (TVöD/TV-L, E 13), ensuring financial stability as they continue their research.
