Program Structure and Timeline
1. Community Needs Assessment (Virtual)
- Duration: 1 month (June 2025)
Participants will conduct a comprehensive assessment of their local community needs, providing them with the tools to identify key local issues.
2. In-Person Training Program
- Dates: July 15 – July 24, 2025
- Locations: New York, NY, and Burlington, VT, USA
- Details:
- 10 days of interactive workshops focused on vision planning and project development.
- Accommodation provided at New York University and Champlain College.
- MCW Global will cover travel between program locations.
3. Project Implementation with Alumni Mentorship
- Duration: July 2025 – July 2026 (10 months)
Fellows will collaborate with alumni mentors through regular virtual check-ins and quarterly meetings to ensure successful project execution.

- International and Domestic Economy Flights: All participants will receive coverage for their economy flights to and from the program locations.

- Travel Between New York and Burlington: Participants will have their travel expenses covered for journeys between New York and Burlington.
