Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the UTS, applicants must:

1. Hold a (provisional) admission letter for a UT Master’s program.
2. Have a valid UT student number.
3. Meet English proficiency requirements:
   • IELTS: Overall 6.5, minimum 6.0 in speaking.
   • TOEFL iBT: Total score of 90, with at least 20 in speaking.
4. Be among the top 5-10% of their class academically.
