Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or a non-citizen with at least one Singaporean parent
• Have obtained an aggregate score of 8 points or less (excluding bonus points) in their GCE O-Level examinations for English, Higher Mother Tongue, or Mother Tongue, and five relevant subjects
• Have an outstanding record in co-curricular activities and demonstrate good conduct
• Not hold any other MOE scholarships, except for the Edusave Scholarships for Independent Schools (ESIS)

Application Procedure

The application process is entirely online and requires a SingPass account with 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Steps to Apply:

1. Create a SingPass account (if you do not already have one) well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
2. Log in to the application system using your SingPass credentials and register as a new user.
3. Complete the online application form.
4. Submit a 500-600 word personal essay detailing your interests, motivations, aspirations, and reasons for applying.
