Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicant Qualifications
- Must hold a PhD or have a thesis accepted for defense before June 1, 2025.
- The PhD must have been awarded within six years before the application deadline.
- High-level proficiency in English is required.
- Must secure an agreement with a Danish host institution.
2. Research Project Requirements
- Must have a strong data science component, focusing on theoretical research, method development, or innovative applications.
- Should align with the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s research scope.
- Emphasizes novelty, impact, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
3. Host Institution Requirements
- The research must be conducted at a Danish university or research center.
- The host institution must provide a letter of support.
- Applicants who have held a postdoc position at the same Danish university for more than two years may be ineligible due to the Danish Postdoc 4-Year Rule.
