Eligible Countries

Citizens and residents of the following 24 countries can apply:

Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Georgia, DR Congo, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen and resident of one of the 24 eligible countries
• Must hold a CEO or senior executive position in a medium to large company
• Must be at least 30 years old (born in 1995 or earlier)
• Must have a post-secondary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Must have strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Must be committed to implementing sustainable business practices

Selection Process

Step 1: Application Submission (January 28 – February 25, 2025)

• Register on the Dream Apply portal
• Complete the online application form
• Upload a CV and answer all required questions
• Submit a mandatory video interview

Step 2: Screening Process (February 26 – April 15, 2025)

• Applications will be reviewed based on leadership experience, motivation, and business impact
• The company’s sustainability commitment will also be assessed

Step 3: Final Selection & Admission (April 16, 2025)

• 100 participants will be selected based on merit, industry balance, and diversity
