Program Overview
The AKFC Global Leadership Program brings together a diverse cohort of professionals from across Canada and sectors. Through a blend of online learning, immersive in-person seminars, and optional overseas experiences, participants will:

April 2026 – Optional Overseas Learning Experience (To Be Confirmed)

What You’ll Learn
Participants will engage in sessions led by global thought leaders and explore:
Global geopolitics and the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Climate change and sustainable development
Gender equality and Indigenous reconciliation in Canada
Ethical leadership, pluralism, and social inclusion
Poverty reduction and Canada’s development priorities
Learning methods include lectures, case studies, simulations, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Be fluent in English
Be available for the in-person seminar in Ottawa (November 2–6, 2025)
Commit to attending at least 10 virtual sessions
Demonstrate a strong commitment to global leadership, equity, and inclusion
