Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Be involved in a small to medium not-for-profit organisation (annual revenue under $3 million)

• Not have previously completed the AICD’s:

  • Foundations of Directorship

  • Company Directors Course

  • Boardroom Mastery

• Not be disqualified from serving as a director

• Both members and non-members of AICD are welcome to apply
