The University of Sheffield known for its strong commitment to international development is pleased to announce the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships for international students for the 2022-23 academic session.
The Scholarships are supported by Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust who are dedicated to improving educational opportunities for student who would not otherwise be able to consider studying in the UK.

Scholarship Worth:
There are three scholarships available to academically strong individuals from developing countries. Each scholarship offers the following:
- A full tuition fee waiver
- Maintenance for University accommodation and a monthly stipend

Eligibility Criteria:
For the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships at Sheffield, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an offer by 6 May 2022 for an eligible course at the University of Sheffield in the 2022/23 academic year.
- Classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes.
- Self-funded to receive the award, i.e. not funded by a research council, government, private enterprise, charity or any similar organization.
- Be a full time student.
- Be available to begin your studies at the University of Sheffield in 2022. Scholarship cannot be deferred.
Application Procedure:
Interested applicants for the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust Masters Scholarships at Sheffield 2022 should apply for an eligible course at the University and if offered admission, automatically considered for the scholarship.
Applicant can use the postgraduate online application system to submit their application for an eligible course.
If you are selected for the final stage of the application process we will contact you before 14th May 2022. At this point we may ask you to submit a short personal statement or application form to support your application. Further details of the selection process will be provided at this point.
