Anne Van Den Ban Scholarship:
Wageningen University has announced scholarships to students from developing countries. The financial award will help students to cover tuition fees for the master’s program at Wageningen University. The Anne van den Ban Scholarship Fund is named after dr. ir. Anne van den Ban, former Professor of Rural Extension at Wageningen University. The fund was founded in 1992 by two Wageningen alumni.
Wageningen University is a dutch university with international accreditation and ranks 123rd globally. Its core subjects are healthy foods and living conditions. Because of its quality educations, students don,t find any problem finding internships after graduation. Students also land excellent job opportunities as Wageningen University has a partnership with several international companies.
This Scholarship will help students by waiving full or partial tuition fees.
All students from developing countries are eligible to apply.
Applications are only open to students who fit the general criteria, have achieved excellent results and who run into financial trouble due to reasons outside their control and through no fault of their own.
The applicants must start their studies at Wageningen University in 2022.
Candidates selected in close collaboration with the university. That is why interested students have to wait until an Anne van den Ban scholarship offered to them.
Students are required to apply for a master’s program via the study link portal. Then, eligible students will receive an application on the invitation.
Applicants must provide the following documents with their application.
- Academic Transcripts
- Bachelors degree
- Statement of motivation/purpose
Applicants required to have at least a 70% mark in the relevant B.Sc. program.
The scholarship deadline is 1st February 2022
