Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship applicants must meet the qualifications for postgraduate admissions of Zhejiang University.
Applicants with Bachelors’ Degree Diplomas obtained from Top 500 World Universities according to the Shanghai Ranking (https://www.shanghairanking.com.cn) or Zhejiang University’s overseas partner universities are welcome to apply.
Applying procedure Instructions:
In addition to the application documents for admissions, （please refer to following admission bulletin for more information: Master’s Degree Programs, Doctoral Degree Programs) scholarship applicants must provide the following supplementary materials. (The following application materials must be in duplicate and placed on the top of all the documents):
Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, filled in Chinese or in English, pasted with a recent photograph (white background, 35mm×45mm in size).
Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Download) (filled in English). Applicant should keep the original copy. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
2021 Version of Form for Provisional Acceptance of International Student by ZJU supervisor. (Download) (this form is compulsory for all the scholarship applicants)
Applicants are strongly encouraged to provide GRE, NTS-GAT test scores.
Students should submit all application materials for scholarships submitted to the Office of Admissions International College of Zhejiang University, together with the materials for admissions, by post or in person by the deadline. The envelope of application package should be marked “Application for Chinese Government Scholarship 2021”. The incomplete application materials will not be processed.
Application materials will NOT be returned regardless of the result of the application.
