Successful applicants will receive:
Up to £10,000 (for tuition, research expenses, or travel)
Funding for a research stay in the USA (up to 1 year)

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Have an excellent academic track record:
Bachelor’s degree with First Class or Upper Second-Class (2:1), OR
Master’s degree with Merit or Distinction
Be a current student or hold a confirmed offer at the University of Kent
Be enrolled in one of the eligible academic divisions
Demonstrate:
Strong communication skills
Ability to present their research to non-specialist audiences
Clear relevance and impact of their research project
Enthusiasm and commitment to act as an academic ambassador
Who Should Apply?

Note: Preference will be given to students who have not previously spent extended time in the USA.
