1. Educational Background:
- Master’s Applicants:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Be under 35 years old.
- PhD Applicants:
- Hold a master’s degree.
- Be under 40 years old.
2. Language Proficiency:
- Chinese-Taught Programs:
- Science/Engineering: HSK Level 4 (minimum score: 180).
- Humanities: HSK Level 5.
- English-Taught Programs:
- TOEFL (minimum 80) or IELTS (minimum 5.5).
- Evidence of prior education in English is also acceptable.
Application Process
Step-by-Step Guide
- Online Application:
- Register on the CSC Online Application System.
- Use DUT’s Agency Number: 10141.
- Complete DUT’s application at iso.dlut.edu.cn.
- Submit Required Documents:
Ensure all documents are notarized and translated (if necessary):- CSC and DUT application forms.
- Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts.
- Study plan (minimum 1,000 words).
- Two recommendation letters (from professors or associate professors).
- Physical Examination Form and Blood Test Report.
- Passport photocopy and language proficiency certificates.
- Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (or a signed commitment form).
