Scholarship Benefits:
The University offers a range of scholarships to individuals demonstrating outstanding academic prowess. Each scholarship is valued at £5,000, disbursed directly to students in installments to assist with living expenses. Awardees are eligible for the duration of their study program, contingent upon maintaining satisfactory academic progress.
Satisfactory progress is defined as the attainment of either “Progress” or “Conditional Progression” by the School at the end of each academic year, obviating the need for the student to repeat a year. However, failure to meet the satisfactory progress standards in any given year will lead to the termination of the scholarship from that point onward.
Eligible Nationalities:
The scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prestigious scholarships are offered by the School of Mathematics, University of Edinburgh.
- Exclusively available to applicants with International fee status seeking full-time admission to undergraduate programs.
- Application through the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS) is required.
- No offer from the University is necessary to initiate the scholarship application.
- Not available to students already enrolled in a program.
- Restricted to those pursuing a degree within the School of Mathematics.
- Not applicable to students studying Mathematics in other Schools within the University.
