About the EF 60th Anniversary Scholarship
Since its founding, EF Education First has been committed to opening the world through education. In honor of this milestone, we are offering 15 passionate students the opportunity to study abroad with EF Language Year Abroad. Scholarship recipients will receive financial support ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 to help them immerse in a new culture, master a language, and develop skills for their future.
How to Apply?
Applying is quick and easy, but spots are limited! Follow these steps:
Step 1: Fill out the application form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Respond to the follow-up email with one of the following:
- A Written Essay
- A Video Essay
- An Interview with the Program Director
Eligibility & Application Deadline
- Choose one of the three application formats: Written Essay, Video Essay, or Interview.
- Scholarships apply to students enrolling in the EF Language Year Abroad program (2, 3, or 4 terms).
- Available for all EF destinations worldwide.
- To qualify, you must:
- Apply by April 30th
- Begin your program in 2025

Language Year Abroad

Complete the program successfully and secure guaranteed admission to one of EF’s partner institutions in Germany and France.
