Applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries:
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Ethiopia, Fiji, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Namibia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Solomon Islands, Saint Lucia, Suriname, Tanzania, Timor Leste, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Vanuatu, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Colombia, Papua New Guinea
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a citizen of a priority country as listed in the Foreign Affairs Ministerial Decree No. 15/2020
Maximum age for Diploma/Bachelor’s applicants: 25 years
Preferably have 2+ years of experience in government or public service
English proficiency: TOEFL ITP (min. 477) or IELTS (min. 5.5); prediction scores accepted
Medical and character clearance required
Letter of recommendation from a relevant government body
Must not be actively serving in the military
