Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the PhD scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold (or be expected to hold by October 31, 2025) a Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

   • Economics (LM-56, LM-77, LM-76)

   • Finance (LM-16)

   • Engineering Management (LM-31)

   • Public and Corporate Communication (LM-59)

   • Public Administration (LM-63)

2. A minimum final grade of 95/110 (or equivalent) is required. International degrees should be equivalent to this standard.

3. Other degrees may also be considered if the applicant’s academic background and professional experience align with the PhD program.
