Eligibility Criteria

Application Process

Step 1: Complete CSC Online Application

• Visit: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn

• Select Type B, enter Agency Number: 10613 (SWJTU)

• Fill out the application and download the CSC Application Form

Step 2: Submit SWJTU Online Application

• Visit: https://admission.swjtu.edu.cn

• Upload the same documents submitted in the CSC portal

Note: Both platforms must be completed for a valid application.

• Notarized degree certificates and transcripts

• Study plan (minimum 1000 words)

• Two recommendation letters (dated 2024 or 2025)
