Step 1: Complete CSC Online Application
Select Type B, enter Agency Number: 10613 (SWJTU)
Fill out the application and download the CSC Application Form
Step 2: Submit SWJTU Online Application
Upload the same documents submitted in the CSC portal
Note: Both platforms must be completed for a valid application.
