Eligibility Criteria: This is a merit base scholarship award and bright student with strong academic throughout their education span will get this scholarship.

The students have to submit English language proficiency test scores. The minimum required score is
- (TOEFL-IBT) 78
- (TOEFL-PBT) 550
- (TOEFL-CBT) 213
- (IELTS) score: 6.5
- (PTE Academic) score: 58
- Minimum Integrated Skills in English (ISE II) with Distinction
- ELS English for Academic Purposes Level 112 Certificate from ELS Language Centers
- Completion of freshman English (college level) with a grade of “C” or better at an accredited community college or university
