Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Apply to a participating Flemish university or institution

• Have a strong academic record

• Demonstrate English language proficiency through:

  • IELTS

  • TOEFL

  • Or a university exemption letter

Application Process: Step-by-Step

1. Check Eligibility & Universities
   Ensure your selected university is part of the Master Mind program.

2. Apply to the Host Institution
   Submit your master’s application before the university’s internal deadline.

3. University Preselection
   The institution will review applications and preselect candidates.

4. Mobility-Online Application
   If preselected, your university will create your profile on the Mobility-Online portal.

5. Email Notification
   You’ll receive confirmation of your preselection via email.

6. Document Upload
   Upload the following documents:

   • Passport photo and valid ID

   • CV (including GPA, awards, publications)

   • Academic transcript (plus certified translation if needed)

   • English test results or exemption

   • Motivation letter (in English)

   • Two signed recommendation letters (in English)

   • Diploma copy (and certified translation, if applicable)

7. Final Submission
   Your host university must submit your complete application via Mobility-Online by April 27, 2025 (23:59 GMT+1). Late submissions are not accepted.
