Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) is offering a wide range of UK Study Abroad Scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year. These scholarships are designed to help students gain valuable global learning experiences, whether by attending Memorial’s Harlow Campus in the UK or participating in international academic exchanges.

This financial support is aimed at reducing the barriers to international education by covering travel, tuition, accommodation, and other associated costs.

Who Can Apply?

These scholarships are open to students of all nationalities who are participating in approved international programs at Memorial University.

Eligibility Criteria

Harlow Campus Travel Awards

• Must be a full-time undergraduate student in a Harlow-approved program.

• Must attend the campus for at least six consecutive weeks and live on campus.

• Must have clear academic standing from the previous year.

• Preference is given to permanent residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.

• Some awards (e.g., de Rothschild and Linfield) require a faculty nomination letter confirming financial need.

Coca-Cola Scholarship

• Must have completed at least two years of a degree at Memorial University.

• Must be accepted into a study-abroad program at a university outside Canada.

• Must meet the academic standing required for scholarships.

Scotiabank Bursaries

• Must be a full-time student in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

• Must be participating in an approved overseas program or field school.

• Must maintain scholarship standing.

Faculty-Specific Scholarships
