Scholarships for International Applicants:

Available to international students from India, Nepal or Sri Lanka eligible to study a Bachelor of Entertainment Management or a Master of Arts and Entertainment Management.

University:

The Australian Institute of Music is an Australian private tertiary education provider of music that focus to deliver excellence in practice-based learning, teaching, and scholarship that stimulates cultural and creative innovation. AIM is the leading school for today’s music industry and also a Australia’s largest tertiary music institution.

Degree Level:

Bachelors and Masters

EXCELLENCE IN ENTERTAINMENT AND ARTS MANAGEMENT SUB-CONTINENT

Eligibility and Selection:

• Must be a citizen of India, Nepal or Sri Lanka and apply from their home country.
• Must be eligible to study in Australia
• Applicants must be commencing an AIM degree program in 2022.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for the Bachelor of Entertainment Management or Master of Arts and Entertainment Management.

Students will be selected on:

• Academic merit
• Performance at audition or during interview
• Assessment of a short video (no more than 10 minutes) outlining what they consider to be excellence in entertainment and arts management.

Amount

4 Scholarships to be awarded of $5,000 per student awarded towards fees.  A maximum of $833.33 per full-time study period will be awarded .

SUB-CONTINENT EXCELLENCE IN MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS

Eligibility and Selection:

• Must be a citizen of India, Nepal or Sri Lanka and apply from their home country.
• Must be eligible to study in Australia
• Applicants must be commencing an AIM degree program in 2022.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for the Bachelor of Music or Master of Music.

Students will be selected on:

• Academic merit
• Performance at audition or during interview
• Assessment of a short video (no more than 10 minutes) outlining whey the would benefit from studying with AIM.

Applicants will be considered by the Scholarship Selection Panel.

Number of Scholarships per Year:

$25,000 has been allocated and the number of scholarships awarded will depend on the amount awarded per student.

Amount:

Up to $5,000 per student award towards fees. A maximum of $2,500 will be awarded per full-time study period.

MASTER OF MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP INDIA: EXCELLENCE IN PERFORMANCE AND RESEARCH

Available to international students from India to study a Master of Music at AIM.

Eligibility and Selection:

• Must be eligible to study in Australia
• Applicants must be commencing an AIM degree program in 2022. Must:
  • Enroll in a Master of Music
  • Hold an Indian passport
  • Apply from India

Students will be selected on:

• Academic merit
• Performance at audition or during interview
• Assessment of a short video (no more than 10 minutes) outlining outlining oringality in research as a concept.

Applicants will be considered by the Scholarship Selection Panel.

Amount 

Award amount: up to $5,000 per student awarded towards fees. Awarded as: $2,500 per semester of full-time study.
