International Entrance Awards:
The City University of Hong Kong announces the Outstanding Athletes Entrance Scholarships for the students of academic year 2021-2022.
This scholarship is available for both international and domestic students who want to take admission in undergraduate course at City University. This scholarships award student fixed amount per year who are eligible to take this award.
University:
The City University of Hong Kong is best public research university, which ranked 48th in QS Global World Rankings 2021 and its aims is to develop students’ talents and skills. It is a leading university of Hong Kong, provide best knowledge and all facilities to their students.

Selected international students HK$160,000 per year and non-local regional students HK$120,000 per year.
Eligibility:
- Applicants from all international countries and non-local students are eligible to apply.
- Any undergraduate program that is taught at CityU is eligible to apply for.
- To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
- The applicants must be outstanding student-athletes enrolled in an undergraduate program at CityU.
Applying Procedure:
- Apply through university application portal. Financial aid positions are allotted on the basis of merit to students that meet the criteria automatically. No separate application for a scholarship needed.
- The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
- Copy of passport
- Visa
- High school transcripts
- Graduation certificate
- Permanent identity card
- The applicants attained a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.4 or above in their previous certifications for admission at CityU Hong Kong.
- The applicants must attain minimum scores in the following English language proficiency tests:
- IELTS – 6.5
- TOEFL IBT – 79
- TOEFL PBT – 550
