Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply
Step 1: Online Submission (MEFP Portal)
Complete the application on the MEFP platform.
Download the project summary sheet and submit it to your selected UPF department for evaluation.
Upload the signed and evaluated sheet back to the MEFP online system.
Step 2: Submit to UPF

A copy of the MEFP application.
A copy of the evaluated project summary sheet.
