Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Prepare Your Application File

All documents must be in PDF format:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) showcasing academic and extracurricular achievements.
• Motivation Letter (Max 1 page) explaining your desire to study at Transilvania University.
• Three Letters of Recommendation supporting your academic and personal excellence.

Step 3: Evaluation & Selection

• April 28 – May 28, 2025: The university’s evaluation board will review applications.
• May 29 – May 30, 2025: Final selection of candidates.
• June 2, 2025: Results announced via email (only successful candidates will be notified).
