The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is offering international students the opportunity to participate in their internship level programme, focused on business studies, marketing, and social work taught at UK universities. The programme lasts for three years and allows participants to gain knowledge about the company’s 400 different brands, businesses, and sustainability initiatives. Through job rotations and access to a mentor for guidance, participants will be able to explore their purpose and gain hands-on experience.

Participants in the UFLP may also have the opportunity to collaborate with NGO partners for social good, participate in sustainability projects, and work on short-term projects with cross-functional teams that offer flexibility and fast-paced learning. Unilever is committed to providing a diverse and exciting career journey for all participants in the UFLP.
