Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be:
From a DAC-listed developing country
Hold a Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 6 years (by Oct 2025)
Have at least 2 years of professional work experience (excluding internships or volunteering)
Among the top third of their graduating class
Have not resided in Germany for more than 15 months prior to applying
Meet MEG and DAAD eligibility criteria
Note: If you already hold a Master’s degree, you must justify the need for a second one.
