University Of PHOENIX MASTER’S WINTER SCHOLARSHIP 2025
The University of Phoenix invites new students and those returning after a 365-day break to apply for the Phoenix Master’s Winter Scholarship – February 2025. Eligible applicants can receive up to $3,000, distributed across 11 courses, by meeting the following criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
- Residency Requirements:
- Must reside in the U.S. and meet one of the following:
- Legal U.S. resident
- Permanent resident
- Valid visa (not prohibiting educational studies)
- Temporary protected status
- Approved asylum status
- Must reside in the U.S. and meet one of the following:
- Admission Requirements:
- Apply and gain admission to a University of Phoenix master’s degree program.
- Submit a signed application and supporting documents by the deadline.
- Other Requirements:
- Must have at least three years of work experience (certified during application).
- Post attendance in your first class between February 1, 2025, and February 28, 2025.
- Start the admissions process before completing the scholarship application.
Note: Employees, faculty, and their families are not eligible.
Award Amount: Up to $3,000
Application Process
- Opens: January 1, 2025
- Closes: February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST
- Submission: Complete the application online at www.phoenix.edu/scholarships.
Late applications will not be accepted.
Selection Process
- Notification: Recipients will be notified by April 8, 2025.
- Applications are reviewed starting March 1, 2025.
- Selection is based on eligibility, without bias to race, gender, or other protected categories.
Award Distribution
- The $3,000 award will be credited as $273 per course for the first 10 courses, with $270 applied to the 11th course.
- The scholarship is valid for two years, until program completion, or until the maximum amount is reached—whichever occurs first.
Maintenance Requirements
Recipients must:
- Stay enrolled in the master’s program and pass all courses.
- Avoid unapproved attendance gaps longer than 35 days.
- Adhere to University of Phoenix policies outlined in the academic catalog.
Important Notes
- This scholarship cannot be combined with other University of Phoenix scholarships, discounts, or military tuition rates.
- Applicants receiving employer benefits or previously awarded scholarships within the last two years are ineligible.
- Dropped or incomplete courses will not qualify for refunds.
