Eligibility Criteria

- A TOEFL score of 500 (paper-based) or an equivalent as per the university’s standards.
For Doctoral Degree Applicants:

- A Master’s degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Thesis-based master’s degree holders must have published research in Scopus-indexed journals.
- Alternative Considerations:
- Exceptional research publications in Scopus-indexed journals may make applicants eligible, even if their cumulative GPAX is below the required threshold.
Scholarship Conditions:
- Academic Performance:
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.00 per term for coursework programs.
- Publication Requirement:
- Publish at least one research article in a Scopus-indexed journal (Q2 or higher) before graduation.
- Progress Reporting:
- Submit a progress report every term to the Center for Graduate Studies (CGS).
