Scholarship Overview:
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program, established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their Masters and PhD programs.
It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 25 years old from developing countries at master’s level, and applicants up to 30 years old from developing and industrialized countries at PhD level.

French higher education establishments which present candidates for the Eiffel program undertake to register them:
- either in training leading to a master’s level diploma;
- either in an engineering degree;
- or as a doctorate within the framework of a joint supervision or co-supervision of a thesis with a partner foreign higher education establishment.

- There is No Application Fee Required.
- Age : max 25 years for Masters Degree & 30 years for PHD degree.
