Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for Honjo International Scholarship Foundation Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
- Professional graduate school students are generally ineligible to apply. However, a student who can submit a research plan may be considered.
- Students applying for a PhD program must have been born after August 31, 1984, while those applying for a master’s program must have been born after August 31, 1989.
- The applicant must be capable of engaging in regular Japanese conversation, as all interviews will be conducted exclusively in Japanese without any exception.
