Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility criteria for applying to the scholarship are as follows:
- Individuals possessing a degree recognized by the Ministry of Education (M.O.E.) and verified by the Republic of China (R.O.C.) are eligible to apply.
- International students must adhere to the regulations pertaining to studying in Taiwan for international students and can submit their applications.
- A strong academic track record is required.
- Overseas Chinese students (including those from Hong Kong and Macao) can apply either through the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students or directly through KMU.
- Mainland China Students are required to apply through the University Entrance Committee for Mainland Chinese Students.
- Individuals with permanent residence in Hong Kong or Macao or those who have resided there for over 6 years are eligible to apply.
- Those with permanent residence in Hong Kong or Macao, or those who have resided there for more than 8 years, can apply specifically for the School of Medicine/School of Dentistry.
- For the Undergraduate Program:
- You should possess a senior high school diploma.
- For the School of Post-Baccalaureate Medicine:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- For the Master’s Program:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- For the Ph.D. Program:
- A Master’s degree or higher is required.
