Scholarship Description:

Applications are invited from suitably qualified international students wishing to study at the University of East Anglia for the Global Voices Scholarship 2022. The scholarship will be awarded to applicants who show outstanding creative writing skills and financial need.

The Scholarship program is available to applicants who have applied for a place on the MA Creative Writing Prose Fiction, Biography and Creative Non-Fiction, Script-writing or Poetry in the School of Literature, Drama, and Creative Writing who is a national of any country within Africa or who was born in any country within Africa.

Eligibility Criteria:

for the Global Voices Scholarship at the University of East Anglia, interested applicants are to meet the conditions as follows:

  • Be an African international student for fee paying purpose.
  • Must not in receipt of any other donor-funded scholarships/awards.
  • Applicants must demonstrate outstanding creative writing potential.
  • Must have obtained relevant bachelor’s degree with good grades from a recognized institution of higher learning.
  • Applicants must be available to commence the program in the 2022 academic session.
