Eligible Nationalities:
This scholarship is available to international students.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be an international student paying full international fees.
- Should be entering the first year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
You are not eligible for this scholarship if you:
- Completed secondary education at a New Zealand school.
- Completed the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or Foundation Studies Programme.
- Study Abroad or Twinning student from one of the university’s overseas partner universities.
- In the second year of study in the same degree program at Victoria University of Wellington.
How to Apply:
To be considered for a Tongarewa Scholarship, applicants must submit a completed online application by the designated closing date of 4.30 pm. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted, and any mandatory supporting documents (including references) must also be received by the same time to be eligible for consideration.
