Domicile Requirement:

Applicants must be domiciled outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland/United Kingdom.

Admission to Relevant Program:

Candidates must apply for admission to a relevant master’s or Ph.D. program offered by an eligible higher education institution, adhering to the institution’s admission procedures.

Conditional or Final Offer of Admission:

Applicants must hold a conditional or final offer of admission to the higher education institution at the time of application. Submission of a copy of the offer letter confirming placement as an international fee-paying student is required.

Program Enrollment:

The offer letter should indicate that the student has been accepted onto a full-time program as an international fee-paying student.

These criteria ensure that scholarship recipients are committed to their academic pursuits and meet the necessary requirements for enrollment in Irish higher education institutions.

Application Procedure:

Review Eligibility: Prospective applicants should thoroughly review the call documentation to confirm their eligibility for the scholarship.

Application Form: An indicative version of the application form is available for reference purposes. However, actual applications must be submitted through the online portal.

References: All applications require two references to be uploaded via the online portal.

Submission Recommendations: Candidates are advised to submit their applications well in advance of the deadline to avoid potential technical issues caused by heavy server traffic. Once the deadline has passed, no further submissions or alterations to the application can be made.

Assessment Process: Applicants are expected to demonstrate:
