The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) is a non-profit organization that aims to empower Hispanic families with the knowledge and resources to successfully complete higher education, while providing scholarships and support services to as many exceptional Hispanic American students as possible. The HSF has awarded over $650 million in scholarships and has supported over 60,000 students since its inception in 1975.

The HSF offers various scholarship opportunities for Hispanic American students at all levels of higher education, including community college, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. In addition to financial support, the HSF also offers career development resources, mentorship opportunities, and access to internships and job opportunities.

HSF Scholar Benefits:

As an HSF Scholar, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including access to HSF’s Scholar Support Services and the chance to receive a scholarship (subject to available funds). HSF selects 10,000 exceptional students as HSF Scholars each year from a diverse pool of applicants.

As an HSF Scholar, you will have access to a comprehensive range of Scholar Support Services, such as career services, mentorship, leadership development, knowledge building, and wellness training. This includes the opportunity to apply for select internships and job openings with HSF corporate partners. HSF Scholars can also apply to attend any Scholar Conference, including the STEM Summit, Finance Conference, Media & Entertainment Summit, Entrepreneurship Summit, and Healthcare Summit.

In addition, HSF Scholars receive exclusive access to the HSF Insider, which provides valuable information and career opportunities. Finally, HSF awards more than $30 million in scholarships annually, and depending on available funds, HSF Scholars may be eligible to receive a scholarship ranging from $500 to $5,000, which is awarded directly to the student.

Scholars are chosen based on their merit, and the award amount varies between $500 and $5,000, depending on their level of need.
