Paris-Saclay University in France is offering a Scholarship Program for the year 2024, welcoming both domestic and international students to apply for Master’s programs across various fields of study. This scholarship covers 40% of tuition fees, amounting to 10,000 Euros per year. Scholarship Benefits:

The Université Paris-Saclay scholarship offers €10,000 per year to cover academic expenses. This amount is paid directly by the university and covers the full academic year, spanning from September to June, for a period of 10 consecutive months. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for Travel and Visa Assistance of up to €1,000, depending on their home country.

Eligibility Criteria:

This scholarship program is open to students enrolled in a Master’s program offered by one of the following institutions at Paris-Saclay University:

  • AgroParisTech
  • CentraleSupélec
  • ENS Paris-Saclay
  • INSTN-CEA
  • IOGS
  • UEVE
  • UPSaclay
  • UVSQ

To be eligible, applicants must also meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Be a newly arrived international student, aged 30 years or younger during the scholarship application year.
  2. Be a foreign national who has resided in France for less than a year and is currently enrolled in a non-degree training course or internship.
  3. Be a foreign national who has lived in France for less than a year and is currently taking French language classes (FFL).
  4. Have previously resided in France as part of a mobility program (e.g., Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange program) that did not lead to a degree.

Who is Not Eligible?

  • Students who have ever been enrolled in a French higher education institution, except for international students enrolled in a French institution abroad.
  • Students who have interrupted their studies for more than 3 consecutive years.
  • Students receiving other financial aid exceeding €650 per month.

Bonus System for Refugee Students

Paris-Saclay University, in collaboration with UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) and MEnS association (Migrants dans l’Enseignement supérieur / Migrants in Higher Education), offers a bonus system for scholarship applications from refugee students or students with subsidiary protection status.

Application Procedure:

Step 1: Receive Your Invitation

To apply for this scholarship, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account and submit your application through the university’s online platform.
  2. If selected for scholarship consideration, you’ll receive an email containing a link to an online application form.

Step 2: Complete Your Application

Upon receiving the email invitation:

  1. Complete the online application form by the deadline, which is May 3, 2024.
  2. Provide the names and contact information of two referees (professors, internship coordinators, etc.) who are willing to submit reference letters on your behalf.

Step 3: Reference Letters

Each nominated referee will receive an email with a link to a separate online recommendation form. It’s your responsibility to ensure that both referees complete and submit their forms by the deadline.

Step 4: Application Status

You’ll receive automatic notifications once each referee submits their recommendation form. Please note: There won’t be a separate confirmation email for a completed application.

Deadline and Completeness

Incomplete applications (those missing reference letters) or those received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
